How to Feel Comfortable in the Gym

Feeling comfortable in the gym is important, and it’s something that anyone can do—no matter what size you are.

Here are a few ways to make yourself feel comfortable in the gym!

#3 Don't compare yourself to other people at the gym.

#5 Listen to your favorite tunes, audiobook, or podcast while you're working out.

#6 Push your boundaries and try out a class that isn't normally your thing but looks interesting from afar.

#7 Don't be afraid to start small and work your way up!

#8 Remember why you are at the gym—to get healthy and feel good!
